LaToya Clemons

LaToya Clemons, Human Resource Manager, is a professional with 17 years of progressive experience in the field of human resources. Working for large companies such as General Electric, Yum Brands, and McDonald’s Corp as well as start-up organizations, she has been able to develop a strong and multifaceted skill set specializing in many HR disciplines such as  Employee/Labor Relations, Compliance, and Recruitment.  Her previous roles consisted of providing HR guidance to employees and management on various topics and functions. She is a versatile individual who knows what it takes to produce quantifiable results on a consistent basis.

LaToya is HR and Operations minded which is complemented by her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership Development. She is also a long-standing member of the Society of Human Resources Management, so in all, she offers a blend of hands-on experience and education that is needed to fully support and manage employee operations.
