Coming together to solve the biggest problems in transplant.

Terasaki Research Institute

The Terasaki Research Institute (TRI), formerly known as the Terasaki Foundation Laboratory, is an independent non-profit research foundation that is affiliated with the University of California, Los Angeles. We opened our doors in Los Angeles, CA and began working towards solutions to the biggest transplant problems in April 2000. At the Terasaki Research Institute, we invest in the best and brightest scientists and researchers. Our research group is made up of approximately 20 individuals and growing. The Institute serves as a place of research excellence and an educational training ground for post-doctoral fellows.
